Advanced Career Systems guarantees that you will be satisfied with the resume quality, or we will revise the resume at no extra charge. The term of the Advanced Career Systems Satisfaction Guarantee is three months from initial document delivery.
File Format: Advanced Career Systems provides a copy of all documents in Word 97/2000 format. Because of technical differences in the equipment of our clients, Advanced Career Systems is not responsible if the file does not appear as intended on your system. If your computer does not display the resume as intended, we offer a free PDF file - viewable with Acrobat Reader - upon request.
Samples: Advanced Career Systems occasionally uses resumes as samples in Web and print publications. All resumes used are fictionalized - information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and employer names is changed to protect our client's identity. We respect your wishes if you do not want to have your resume used - just notify us in writing if this is the case.
Accurate Information: Advanced Career Systems, its agents and staff members, will not be responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information contained in career materials. As our client, you are responsible for final proofreading and the content of all documents.
Project Scope: Advanced Career Systems will develop high-impact career documents based on your stated career goal and experience provided at the information-gathering stage. Any new information provided after the resume is developed is subject to a nominal update fee.
Exclusions and Warranty: Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. By ordering services, you indicate acceptance and understanding as well as releasing Advanced Career Systems from any and all liability.
Governing Law: Regardless of your place of residence, you agree that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered into in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania State Courts.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Due to the nature of creative writing services, services are not subject to cancellation and fees are not refundable once work has started on your project. For your convenience, payment may be made by credit card, check, or money order, payable in U.S. dollars. |
